An international scientific and practical conference “Modern problems of ecology and environmental protection and biotechnology” was organized at the initiative of Tashkent Chemical Technology Institute, together with the Institute of Microbiology of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, the Agency for Regulation of Alcohol and Tobacco Market and Winemaking Development.

The event was attended by representatives of the Ecological Party of Uzbekistan, Atyrau University of Kazakhstan, the Institute of Plant Chemistry, the Institute of Microbiology of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, Fan va Taraqqiyot SUE.

The participants made presentations on ecology and environmental protection, discussed scientific research and necessary measures.

The conference received almost 500 scientific articles. A working group consisting of experienced professors and foreign experts selected 412 scientific papers, based on which a collection will be published.
