“Choice of the Year – 2020”

The winner in the nomination “The Most Exemplary Ministry of 2020” has been determined at the competition of Uzbekistan National News Agency “Choice of the Year – 2020”.

The first place was taken by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The award was presented to the Deputy Minister of Justice Akbar Tashkulov.

The ministry has deserved the victory in this nomination since in 2020 it worked more actively and intensively than ever. Ministry officials provided detailed explanations and answers in an online format to all the questions of citizens during the pandemic.

The Ministry has launched five legal portals: advice.uz (e-maslahat.uz), National Legal Internet Portal, bolahuquqlari.uz, test.adliya.uz, hudud24.uz.

About 4 thousand people were received during more than 40 on-site receptions held by the leadership of the Ministry in the regions.

The ministry was the first among others to receive a certificate of the international standard ISO 37001:2016 “Anti-Corruption Management System”.
