Ministry of Justice and GIZ improve administrative procedures and principles
Representatives of the Ministry of Justice and Country Director of the GIZ Office in Uzbekistan, Jörg Pudelka, discussed cooperation issues on improving the legislation of Uzbekistan in administrative procedures and principles, via videoconference.
Representatives of the Ministry of Justice and Country Director of the GIZ Office in Uzbekistan, Jörg Pudelka, discussed cooperation issues on improving the legislation of Uzbekistan in administrative procedures and principles, via videoconference.
Additional tasks for improving administrative procedures and principles, taking into account foreign experience, identified in accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures for further improving the activities of justice bodies and institutions in implementing state legal policy”, were discussed.
Jörg Pudelka expressed his full support for the initiatives forwarded by the ministry within the framework of the “Promotion of legal statehood in Central Asian countries” program.
Partnership measures were also discussed for development of the mediation institute in Uzbekistan and improvement of the activities of legal services of state bodies.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to develop and approve a plan of additional measures for the second half of 2020 and 2021, to discuss the development of regulatory documents in administrative procedures and principles, to conduct explanatory work after taking appropriate measures, to organize educational workshops in mediation and public administration.
