Ministry of Health calls not to worry
Specialists of the Ministry of Health are urging not to panic about the epidemic situation associated with coronavirus, but to be vigilant and strictly follow personal hygiene rules.
Coronavirus infection is widespread in several countries, including China, South Korea, Iran and Italy. According to the latest data, more than 82,000 cases of infection with this infection and over 2,800 deaths are registered in the world. To date, this infection has been detected in nearly 50 countries. The epidemic situation in the world is changing day by day, and the disease is spreading rapidly in other countries.
At the press conference organized by the Ministry of Health at the Information and Mass Communications Agency, it was noted that the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in accordance with international health requirements, carries out preventive and anti-epidemic measures aimed at ensuring epidemiological stability on coronavirus infection among the population of the country.

Measures are being taken in Uzbekistan to prevent the spread of coronavirus. There are 53 quarantine centers at the state border to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, including COVID-19. More than 250 highly qualified specialists of the sanitary-epidemiological service are working in accordance with the established standards. The creation of a reserve of modern coronavirus testing systems continues.
