Special Headquarters of Information and Mass Communications Agency hosts a briefing with participation of Justice Minister Ruslanbek Davletov.

The Minister of Justice in his speech focused on the situation related to the spread of coronavirus. He recalled that according to the decision of the Special Republican Commission, starting March 30 to April 20, the movement of vehicles between the regions, in Tashkent, Nukus and regional centers is allowed only with special stickers issued by public service centers.

More than 27 thousand requests were received by public service centers to get the sticker. More than 4500 people visited centers in Tashkent, and about 3200 citizens in Karakalpakstan and regions.

– This leads to a violation of quarantine requirements, crowding, – says R. Davletov. – Restriction of traffic is a strict measure, requirement of the day. Of course, this is inconvenient, but it is the best and most effective way. We must all adapt to new conditions.

The purpose of this measure is to stay at home. If citizens go out under various false pretexts, the effect of quarantine will be low. It is necessary to improve the existing procedures. A new procedure has been developed taking into account the received proposals on the movement of vehicles.
