A meeting of the “Milliy Tiklanish” Democratic Party faction was held in the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis.

The participants discussed several issues and draft laws.

The head of the faction A. Qodirov raised the issue of the state visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the People’s Republic of China and the results of the visit:

“The visit of the Head of our state to the People’s Republic of China was fruitful both for our present and the future of the country”, says A. Qodirov. – 41 bilateral documents have been signed, favorable agreements have been reached. The Head of our state participated in the First Central Asia – China Summit and put forward several important initiatives. The agreements reached are of great importance in implementing new projects, the development of Uzbekistan, and improving the population's well-being.

Members of the faction heard, discussed, and approved the report on the activities of the Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2022.

The draft laws included in the agenda were actively discussed, and proposals were put forward. Appropriate decisions were made.
