First Deputy Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade Laziz Kudratov has met with the head of Korea Eximbank Representative Office In-kyu Cho.

According to Uzbekistan MIFT, the parties considered issues of implementation of current joint projects, such as the creation of research and educational components of the innovative scientific and production pharmaceutical cluster “Tashkent Pharma Park” (1st stage), the construction of the National Cancer Center and the Multidisciplinary Medical Clinic for adults. An agreement was reached on joint work to speed up the procedures for the implementation of these projects.

The parties also discussed further steps on priority projects for 2021: “Equipping secondary schools with laboratory kits in chemistry, physics, biology and modernization of ICT in public education”, “Creation of research and educational components of the innovative scientific and production pharmaceutical cluster “Tashkent Pharma Park” (2nd stage), “Construction of a medical university”.
