First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Farkhod Arziyev has met with the Chairman and CEO of the Portuguese Trade and Investment Agency Luís Filipe de Castro Henriques.

The parties discussed the current state of cooperation in the trade and economic sphere, exchanged views on the prospects for the development of interaction.

Mutual interest was expressed in finding additional opportunities for further increasing the volume of trade turnover.

An agreement was reached on stepping up cooperation in tourism and human capacity building.
