First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bahromjon Aloyev met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Arab Republic of Egypt to Uzbekistan Amira Fahmy, Uzbekistan MFA reports.

The parties noted with satisfaction the excellent dynamics of developing a multifaceted partnership between Uzbekistan and Egypt and expressed their desire to expand it.

During the talks, the parties reaffirmed their mutual readiness and commitment to take joint measures to effectively use the potential of cooperation in the trade-economic sphere.

The schedule of the upcoming meetings at various levels and in different formats, including the regular round of political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the two countries, was discussed.
