Melodies of the World: Demonstration of the Tourism Potential of Khanabad

In one of the beautiful cities of Andijan region – Khanabad, which is becoming a tourist center of Fergana Valley, Uzbekistan, the Second International Pop Music Festival “Dunyo Sadolari” (“Melodies of the World”) will be held on July 29-31 this year. Active preparations for this event are currently underway.

According to the head of the Andijan Regional Department of Culture, Marhabokhon Sattarova, famous groups, representatives of pop art, and stars of the national stage will take part in the festival, which is being organized for the second time in the country at the initiative of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. This festival, which acquires a traditional character, will enhance the status of Uzbekistan in the international arena and demonstrate the tourism potential of Andijan, in particular, Khanabad.

Special stages and places for spectators are being built in the Alisher Navoi Culture and Recreation Park in Khanabad, where the main events will take place, and in large squares in front of the City Hokimiyat. Exhibitions based on the values ​​and traditions formed in all districts and cities of the region are being organized on the park’s territory. Handicrafts will be sold, and national dishes will be offered to festival guests.

As reported by the responsible persons, concert programs of country and world pop stars will be presented at the International Pop Music Festival “Dunyo Sadolari.”

The event is set to feature a mix of national and world pop stars, including Yulduz Usmanova, Khamdam Sobirov, Raykhon, Jaloliddin Akhmadaliyev, Shokhrukhkhon, Dianella (Kazakhstan), Jah Khalib (Kazakhstan), Megan (Belgium), Jony (Azerbaijan), Dj Sukhbir (India), and Inna (Romania).
