Meeting with the Vice Minister of Information and Communications of Kazakhstan
On September 26, a meeting with the Vice Minister of Information and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan Dinara Shcheglova, who attends the events of ICTWEEK UZBEKISTAN 2018, was held at the Ministry for Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
On September 26, a meeting with the Vice Minister of Information and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan Dinara Shcheglova, who attends the events of ICTWEEK UZBEKISTAN 2018, was held at the Ministry for Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Prospects for further cooperation between the two countries in information and communication technologies were discussed at the meeting. Attention was paid to cooperation and exchange of experience between the profile enterprises: Uzbekistan’s Electronic Government System Development Center and UZINFOCOM Unified Integrator and Kazakhstan’s Zerde National Infocommunication Holding.
According to the Ministry for Development of Information Technologies and Communications, the parties also agreed to establish an exchange of experience on implementation of broadband telecommunication networks, including in remote rural areas, as well as on the issues of digital economy development.
