On April 7, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov held talks with the First Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dačić, Uzbekistan MFA reports.

The foreign ministers of the two countries exchanged views on practical aspects of the bilateral agenda in terms of further development of Uzbekistan – Serbia cooperation in various fields.

Proposals for the active promotion of economic diplomacy by institutionalizing trade-investment ties, strengthening the legal foundations of cooperation in this direction were considered.

The parties discussed issues of interaction between the two countries through regional and international organizations.
