Meeting with the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea

On January 25, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Dilshod Akhatov met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea Kwon Yong-woo.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, views were exchanged on the schedule of bilateral contacts in 2019 in political, trade-economic, cultural-humanitarian spheres.
The sides emphasized mutual interest in successfully holding the upcoming Uzbekistan – South Korea summit and discussed practical aspects of working together on its thorough preparation.
