Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Furkat Siddikov has met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China Jiang Yan, Uzbekistan MFA reports.

Views were exchanged on the current issues on Uzbekistan – China agenda.

The main attention was paid to certain aspects of cooperation between Uzbekistan and China within the framework of multilateral structures.

The parties discussed the efforts of the two countries to provide humanitarian assistance to the Afghan people, as well as the situation in Afghanistan.
