On June 29, 2022, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Vladimir Norov received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Uzbekistan Leonid Marinich, Uzbekistan MFA reports.

The parties discussed the current issues of cooperation between Uzbekistan and Belarus in areas of mutual interest.

The main attention was paid to the interaction of the parties within the framework of international institutions, including the United Nations and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.

The schedule and organizational aspects of the upcoming joint events in bilateral and multilateral formats were considered.
