On March 11, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov, who arrived in Turkey to attend the Second Diplomacy Forum in Antalya, met with the Secretary General of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe Helga Schmid, Uzbekistan MFA reports.

The parties discussed the current state and prospects for the development of Uzbekistan's cooperation with the OSCE.

The sides emphasized the open and trusting dialogue established in recent years between Uzbekistan and the OSCE, confirming their mutual interest in continuing and developing cooperation in all three dimensions.

Proposals for the implementation of joint projects in areas of mutual interest were considered.

The parties exchanged views on some regional issues, in particular, the situation in Afghanistan.
