The authorized person of the candidate of the Republic of Uzbekistan from the People’s Democratic Party of Uzbekistan Maqsuda Vorisova in Namangan region Ilkhomjon Atabayev met with citizens with disabilities.

At the meeting with the participation of members of the Association of the Disabled Persons of Namangan region, the branches of the Society of the Blind of Uzbekistan and the Deaf and Dumb Society, it was noted that all conditions have been created so that voters could exercise their right.

Information about the candidate’s biography and the pre-election program was transmitted through a specially prepared video with sign language translation. The Regional Society of the Blind was given the pre-election program of the Presidential candidate Maqsuda Vorisova, printed in Braille.

According to the Head of Mekhr-Sakhovat Nuri enterprise at the regional branch of the Blind Society of Uzbekistan Makhmudjon Tulashev, it is expected that 6 thousand visually impaired or blind citizens living in Namangan region will take part in the elections.
