In Davlatabad district, party activists, deputies of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis and the local Council, labor veterans, youth, representatives of women’s organizations, the media met with the authorized person of the presidential candidate Alisher Qodirov in Namangan region, Rector of Namangan Institute of Engineering and Technology, professor, deputy of the regional council of people’s deputies Odiljon Mamatkarimov.

He informed about the biography and the pre-election program of the presidential candidate Alisher Qodirov, who put forward about forty priority tasks and promising ideas in five areas.

In the pre-election program, the candidate pays attention to bringing to responsibility for disrespectful attitude to national customs, traditions, formed values, encouraging citizens engaged in charity, patronage, donations, in particular, it is proposed to recommend them for state awards.

It also reflects issues related to improving the quality of education and medicine.
