Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Gayrat Fazilov has met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Italy to Uzbekistan Agostino Pinna, Uzbekistan MFA reports.

Practical aspects of cooperation, as well as interaction within the framework of multilateral structures, were discussed during the conversation.

Special attention was paid to the organizational issues of the high-level participation of the Italian side in the International Conference “Central and South Asia: Regional Connectivity. Challenges and Opportunities” to be held on July 15-16, 2021 in Tashkent.
