At the 13th Kashkadarya regional electoral district commission on elections of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan held a meeting with international observers from the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (ODIHR OSCE) arrived in our country to monitor the election process.

At the 13th Kashkadarya regional electoral district commission on elections of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan held a meeting with international observers from the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (ODIHR OSCE) arrived in our country to monitor the election process.

The Chairman of the district election commission I.Jurayev told the observers about the activities and authorities of district electoral commissions on elections of the President of Uzbekistan, preparations being held at the polling stations of the region.

All 867 polling stations created in Kashkadarya region, provided with the necessary equipment, technical means and literature. Medical room, the rooms for mother and child are fully equipped.

International observers were given information about the formation of precinct election commissions, the role of self-governing institutions in this process, important aspects of cooperation between the electoral commissions and the media.
