Officials from the Ministry of Preschool and School Education have met with the leadership of the South Korean company Hyundai Rotem.

The parties discussed issues of further cooperation and the importance of ICT equipment within the framework of the allocated grant in improving the quality of education in Karakalpakstan schools. A grant agreement was signed within the framework of bilateral cooperation.

According to the Ministry of Preschool and School Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 10 schools in the Republic of Karakalpakstan will receive ICT equipment. It is planned that schools in Nukus, Chimbay, Amudarya, and Khojeyli districts of Karakalpakstan will be equipped with 50 computers and 20 smart boards.

Foreign guests got acquainted with the activities of the New Uzbekistan University, the conditions created and the projects being implemented.
