On February 15, the plane carrying Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi made a stop in Tashkent for technical reasons on its way to Europe, Xinhua reports.

Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov arrived at the airport to meet with Mr. Wang Yi.

“I was happy to welcome Mr. Wang Yi in Tashkent. We discussed the extensive agenda of our partnership, considered plans for exchanges in 2023, and outlined priorities for the development of mutually beneficial cooperation”, Mr. Saidov said.
