On July 17, 2019, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ilkhom Nematov met with Charge d'Affaires of the People’s Republic of China, Zhang Wenchuan.
According to Uzbekistan MFA, the parties discussed current issues of interstate relations and prospects for their further development.
At the meeting, the parties reaffirmed their commitment to mutually beneficial Uzbekistan – China cooperation both bilaterally and within the framework of the UN and other international organizations.
