Japanese delegation of 93 people led by APA Group CEO Toshio Motoya arrived in Uzbekistan to discuss prospective areas of partnership in tourism industry.

Japanese delegation of 93 people led by APA Group CEO Toshio Motoya arrived in Uzbekistan to discuss prospective areas of partnership in tourism industry. The delegation included businessmen and representatives of APA Hotels. The staff of the State Committee for Tourism Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan and representatives of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Japan participated in organization of the visit.

Chairman of the State Committee for Tourism Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan Aziz Abdukhakimov received the delegation. At the meeting, presentation of tourism potential of the country, acquaintance with infrastructure, as well as discussion of issues of cooperation, attraction of investments to Uzbekistan and construction of hotels were held.

The guests got acquainted with the tourism infrastructure of Tashkent, in particular, they visited International Hotel Tashkent and Uzbekistan hotels.

According to the State Committee for Tourism Development, the delegation will meet with representatives of the khokimiyat of Tashkent and Samarkand.
