On May 23, 2018, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany Gunther Overfield.During the conversation, practical aspects of further development of bilateral relations were discussed. The sides paid special attention to prospects for cooperation in economic, investment, trade and technological areas.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the sides also considered proposals for intensification of Uzbekistan – Germany contacts at various levels and formats, including exchanges of delegations between state and public structures, business circles.
