A Russian delegation led by the Chairman of the Committee for External Relations of Saint Petersburg, Evgeny Grigoriev, arrived in Uzbekistan.

Officials of the Ministry of Youth Policy and Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan, led by Minister Adkham Ikromov, met with a delegation from the administration of the city of Saint Petersburg.

The parties discussed the features of youth policy in the country, reforms in physical culture and sports, prospects for the development of mutually beneficial ties in this direction.

At the meeting, issues such as the state of bilateral cooperation in youth policy, physical culture and sports, plans for the future, strengthening solidarity in holding upcoming events and exchange of experience were also discussed.
