The sides discussed prospects of expanding contractual-legal basis of bilateral cooperation.

The German delegation was led by the Head of Public International Law Division of the Federal Foreign Office Guido Hildner.

Cooperation areas, requiring settlement by forming necessary legal basis were identified at the meeting. Special attention was paid to issues of conclusion of relevant documents in the field of strengthening political cooperation, development of transport and tourism, intensification of relations in the field of education, environmental protection.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the sides came to a consensus on the need for conducting inventory of signed documents and implementing it on a phased basis taking into account solid legal framework established between the two countries.
