Meeting of the Council of the Oliy Majlis Senate
A meeting of the Council of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan has been held.
On October 19, 2020, a meeting of the Council of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan was held. The meeting was chaired by Tanzila Narbayeva, Chairperson of the upper house of parliament.
Resolution to convene the eighth plenary session of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan on October 21, 2020 was adopted.
It is planned to discuss a number of issues at the plenary session, which will be held via videoconference.
Among them are the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On precious metals and precious stones”, “On introducing amendments and addenda to the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Administrative Responsibility”, “On introducing amendments and addenda to some legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with further improvement of legislation to ensure public safety”, “On introducing amendments and addenda to some legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan”.
