On 1 June 2021, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov held an extended meeting with the participation of all departments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The event was dedicated to the preparations for the High-Level International Conference “Central and South Asia: Regional Connectivity. Challenges and Opportunities” to be held on 15-16 July 2021, in Tashkent.

The participants discussed the organizational and substantive aspects of the upcoming forum, including the composition of participants, the conference agenda and draft documents.
