Kokand hosts the International Festival of Turkic-Speaking Youth.

As part of the event, a media tour across Fergana region was organized for media representatives, employees, and guides of travel companies of the member countries of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY).

Employees of Anadolu Agency (Türkiye), TRT and TRT Avaz TV channels, as well as Haber-24 and Atameken (Kazakhstan), Alliance Press, and Kabar online media (Kyrgyzstan), prepared media content about historical places, tourist centers, interesting materials about Fergana region.

The guests got acquainted with the residence of Khudoyarkhan, the historical mosque, and the Norbutabek mosque, built in the 18th century. Then the guests visited craft workshops, where artisans are engaged in woodcarving, ceramics, and the production of silk fabrics.

The materials prepared by the participants of the media tour will help increase the flow of tourists to Uzbekistan from the fraternal states.
