Masterclasses from artisans
11 Uzbek masters are included in the world-famous Homo Faber Guide list.
This is not only a landmark event for Central Asia, but also the recognition of the uniqueness of Uzbek craft traditions by an authoritative international organization – the Michelangelo Foundation for Creativity and Craftsmanship.
To develop the sphere and promote international cultural exchange in traditional crafts, industry debates, masterclasses, and practical classes of artisans were held in the old part of the city of Bukhara.
These classes, with the participation of famous masters, served as an excellent school, especially for young people interested in this sphere.
