Uzbekfilm hosted a master class of the People’s Artist of Russia Sergey Shakurov.

Sergey Shakurov is a professional theater and film actor. He starred in such films as “Savior”, “Joke”, “White Guard”, “Sarob”, “Enemy of the People”.

The master class, organized within the framework of the Pearl of the Silk Road Tashkent International Film Festival, was opened by the talented film director and screenwriter Ali Khamrayev. Sergey Shakurov spoke about the importance of Uzbek cinema on world screens, shared his thoughts on the art and the cinema industry with young directors.

Within the framework of the film festival, organized by Uzbekistan Cinematography Agency, master classes, creative conversations and premieres of new films will be held.
