This was approved by Samarkand Regional Council of People’s Deputies on December 30, 2021.

According to the resolution, the revenues of the local budget of the region for 2022 are set at 3,955.8 billion UZS. However, the possibility of increasing revenues to 4.5 trillion UZS was discussed at the session, and specific tasks for officials were set.

In 2022, 68% of the total expenditures of the regional local budget, i.e. 3 trillion 362 billion 500 million UZS will be directed to the social sphere and social support of the population.

In 2022, 1 trillion 717 billion UZS will be allocated for healthcare. 501.8 billion UZS are planned for economic expenditures.
