Representatives of the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Uzbekistan, "Uzbekenergo" JSC, as well as large companies of oil-gas and industrial sector, distributors and representatives of partner organizations took part at the event organized on this occasion. Pavel Barannik, Deputy Director General of Legrand for Russia and the CIS and Erkin Ataev, head of the company's representative office in Uzbekistan, spoke about activities of the representative office, projects implemented in Uzbekistan, as well as future plans for business development in the region. Legrand brand is a leader in Uzbekistan in installation of cable equipment, electrical wiring and cable systems. The company has its distribution network in Tashkent, Samarkand and Fergana regions. Legrand has implemented more than 25 major projects for development of oil and gas industry, industrial production, making a huge contribution to modernization of infrastructure during its ten-year activity in Uzbekistan. Over the past period, the company has provided products and services worth more than 10 million euro.
