The Embassy of Uzbekistan in Spain hosted an online signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Tashkent State Agrarian University (TSAU) and the University of Castilla–La Mancha (UCLM).

To date, Cooperation Agreements have been signed between the Spanish University and the Navoi State Mining Institute, Samarkand State Medical Institute, Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages, Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers, and a contract has been signed with the University of World Languages ​​of Uzbekistan.

From the Spanish side, the agreement was signed by UCLM Vice-Rector for International Cooperation Raúl Martín Martín, from the Uzbek side – TSAU Vice-Rector for International Affairs Alisher Khasanov.

The parties also agreed to continue working on the issue of establishing cooperation to improve the educational process and exchange experience within the framework of the upcoming opening of the International Agricultural University in Uzbekistan, as well as the organization of mutual visits in 2022.
