17:08 / 2024-11-04

A new season of the Leaders of the Future Program has started.

The program’s opening ceremony, organized at the Management Development Institute of Singapore in Tashkent, was attended by representatives of the Public Service Development Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the institute’s leadership, partners and participants of the program, and media representatives.

The program has been organized since 2021 and aims to develop the skills of strategic thinking, systems analysis, communication culture, and targeted problem-solving of mid-level management personnel. Already, 200 people have improved their skills and are working in responsible positions.

This time, 50 talented and promising civil servants who work in 14 regions of the country and are included in the National Personnel Reserve have been selected. For four weeks, they will participate in training sessions conducted by professors of the institute and heads of ministries and agencies. Participants will improve their professional skills in areas such as strategic analysis and planning, the basics and application of artificial intelligence, and the basics of public-private partnership. Those who complete the program will receive a certificate, and organizational issues of their career growth will be considered.

During the opening ceremony, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Public Service Development Agency under the President and the Management Development Institute of Singapore in Tashkent, aimed at increasing the program’s effectiveness.
