Tomorrow, the final stage of the World Series Pro tournament for the prize of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan will start in Tashkent.

In this prestigious competition, which will be held in the Sports Palace “Universal”, the strongest kurash wrestlers of the world will compete in 10 weight categories – men -66, -73, -81, -90, -100, +100 kilograms, women -52, -63, -78, +87 kilograms.

On December 16, before the start of the international tournament, several events will be held with the participation of the technical committee, judges, and representatives of foreign sports delegations.

Representatives of South Africa, Iran, Tajikistan, India, Russia, and Moldova have already arrived in Uzbekistan to participate in the tournament with a prize fund of $170 thousand. At the capital’s airport, they were solemnly met by members of the Organizing Committee of the Kurash Federation of Uzbekistan. 

Sports delegations from foreign countries continue to arrive in Tashkent.
