Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali Ibn Sina has established cooperation with several universities and prestigious medical institutions in South Korea.

In particular, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Institute and Daegu Haany University of South Korea. Meanwhile, the responsible persons from this country visited the Bukhara State Medical Institute. The guests, accompanied by the President of Daegu Haany University Byun Chang Hoon, highly appreciated the clinic’s activities, training base, and information resource center of the Institute. A Cooperation Agreement was signed to strengthen the development projects of traditional medicine.

The opening ceremony of the King Sejong Korean Language Center was also held at Bukhara State Medical Institute. The Institute’s students and faculty professors can now study Korean at this center.
