The event is organized by Hunarmand Association, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the State Committee for Tourism Development, Fergana region’s khokimiyat, Uzbekistan Arts Academy, Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan.

The festival is held for the first time and will be held every two years. The event brings together craftsmen from around the world, various representatives of culture of Uzbekistan and neighboring countries.
