Kokand City Hokim Marufjon Usmanov became the first citizen to vote in the Presidential elections of the Republic of Uzbekistan at polling station No. 180.

The National Anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan was performed at the opening ceremony of the polling station.  A nationwide challenge has been launched under the hashtag #madhiya.
