A meeting of transport ministers of the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization will be held in Khiva on May 11-12, by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the effective holding of the chairmanship of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in 2021-2022 of October 23, 2021.

As part of the forum, the guests visited the Ichan Kala complex. On May 12, it is planned to discuss several issues related to the transport sector.
