On November 11, 2021, Vice-Rector of TSUOS, Sinologist Elyor Makhmudov participated in the launching of the XIV International Conference “Russia – China: History and Culture”, organized by Kazan Federal University.

In his speech, Mr. Makhmudov focused on the development of Sinology in Uzbekistan, noted the importance of the conference in enhancing research on Sinology and academic integration.

Mr. E. Makhmudov conducted meetings with the Rector of Kazan Federal University I. Gafurov, Vice-rectors T. Alishev and M. Safiullin, where plans for cooperation for the future were outlined.
