The festival, organized by the children's organization “Kamalak” of the Public Youth Movement “Kamolot”, together with other organizations in the framework of the execution of the resolution of the First President Islam Karimov “On additional measures for implementation of the state youth policy in the Republic of Uzbekistan” dated February 6, 2014, it was noted that in our country have been created all conditions for the education and upbringing of young people as comprehensively developed personalities, and to demonstrate their talents and potential.

On the regional stage, more than 300 boys and girls aged from 6 to 14 years competed in directions such as classical music, vocal, folk musical instruments, fine and applied arts, poetry and prose.

As part of the event was held an exhibition of works of fine and applied arts, national handicraft products of participants of the festival.
