A briefing was held in the 13th Kashkadarya constituency on holding elections for the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Chairman of the District Election Commission, Isok Akhmedov, informed the media representatives about the preparations for the important political event.

By the decision of the Central Election Commission, the 13th Kashkadarya District Election Commission was formed.

Its 21 members are citizens with experience in holding elections, who have proven themselves among the population, professional lawyers, economists, teachers, doctors, journalists, and other specialists. Of these, five are women.

In accordance with paragraph 4 of the Calendar Plan approved by the Resolution of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the announcement of the election campaign for early elections of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the approval of the Calendar Plan for their conduction” of May 10, 2023, 1007 polling stations were created in 2 cities and 14 districts of the region, which were approved by the 13th Kashkadarya constituency.

There are 9011 people among the members of precinct election commissions in the region for holding elections for the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
