Former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair set up the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change in 2017, a non-profit organisation with the ambition to help make globalisation work for the many, not the few. It helps countries, their people and their governments address some of the most difficult challenges in the world today.

The parties discussed the state and prospects of Uzbekistan – British innovation cooperation. Tony Blair expressed interest in getting closer acquainted with positive changes in Uzbekistan and establishing interaction with Uzbek partners.
