Karshi hosted the International Tennis Tournament ATF 14&Under, organized by the Uzbekistan Tennis Federation and other organizations.

Imran Akhundov from Turkmenistan won in the boys’ singles category, and Yusufbek Malikov became the vice-champion. Among the girls, Ilima Huseynova (Turkmenistan) and Muslimakhon Turdimurodova (Uzbekistan) rose to the podium.

In the doubles tournament among boys, the Turkmen duet consisting of Imran Akhundov and Selim Chagylov took first place. Second place went to the duo of Uzbekistan’s Makhmudbek Beknazarov and Yusufbek Malikov. The duo of Polina Barabanova and Ekaterina Kiryushenko from Kazakhstan won among the girls, beating the pair of Madina Esmakanova (Kazakhstan) and Samira Kamalova (Uzbekistan) in the final match.
