The Republic of Karakalpakstan hosted the Spirituality Festival, held under the motto “Every individual matters in New Uzbekistan”.

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan K. Sariyev, Deputy Advisor to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan N. Kholbutayev noted the importance of the festival in fostering love and loyalty to the Motherland. The event was held to bring to the population the essence of the socio-economic, spiritual and enlightenment reforms being carried out in the country, and the legislative documents being adopted.

The meetings, which were held in all cities and villages of the Aral Sea region, were attended by artists, cultural and art workers, scientists, writers, poets, talented youth. In the boarding houses “Muruvvat”, in hospitals, within the framework of the project “Generosity and Support”, a presentation of the book “Heroes of Uzbekistan”, conversations on the “National Values” were held. Cultural and enlightenment events “International harmony and religious tolerance in the new Uzbekistan”, the campaign “Development of Education”, sports competitions “National Games of Karakalpakstan” were also organized. 

Following the festival, a concert was held with the participation of masters of arts from Uzbekistan and Karakalpakstan. Songs glorifying the friendship of peoples, peace and solidarity were sung.
