JSCB Business Development Bank, as the flagship in the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the integrated program “Continuous Support for Small Businesses”, consistently implements projects aimed at entrepreneurship education.
The bank, in cooperation with Yamagata University (Japan), launched the implementation of the U-HOPE 2025 innovation program within the framework of the Yori-I project in Karakalpakstan.

It provides for the training of 50 mentors from among young entrepreneurs operating in Karakalpakstan with the participation of Japanese specialists.
The launch of the U-HOPE 2025 START program became the official start of this stage of the project.
This year, training sessions will be held in the following areas based on the highly appreciated Yori-I educational program: mastering practical know-how in the field of management, promoting innovation, and supporting the creation of new businesses.

The program aims to develop participants’ practical problem-solving skills through lectures, workshops, and mentoring. Its main goal is to activate the local business environment, which, ultimately, will contribute to sustainable economic growth.
The project plays a crucial role in creating new jobs, driving economic growth, introducing best practices into business activities, and enhancing the region’s export potential.

It should be noted that the cooperation agreement between the Business Development Bank and Yamagata University, regarding the training of mentors and local entrepreneurs, is being implemented in stages on schedule. The project will make a significant contribution to the development of the business environment and increase the level of employment in the country.
