In the town of Bakht of Sirdaryo Region, a “Kamolot” apartment house which was built for young families has been commissioned. As part of the implementation of a resolution, dated 6 February 2014, of the country’s First President Islam Karimov “On additional measures directed towards implementing the state youth policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, “Kamolot” apartment houses are being built in all the regions of Uzbekistan and are being handed over to socially active young families with a long-term preferential credit without a down payment. In the systemic implementation of these tasks, a resolution, dated 8 September 2014, of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures of further support in providing housing for young families actively participating in the country’s social life” is of important significance.
Builders of the Bunyodkor-Dildora Qurilish LLC of Sirdaryo Region carried out nearly 2 billion 300 million soms worth of construction work. This two-storey “Kamolot” apartment house consisting of two-room and three-room apartments has been handed over to 16 young families.
It was noted at an event with the participation of leaders of state and public organizations, active members of the regional council of the Kamolot public youth movement and members of the public that constant attention being paid to providing comprehensive support for young families and to further improving their living conditions and also raising their wellbeing served to change people’s general attitude towards life and they looked to tomorrow with greater confidence.
“I and my family have moved to this two-room apartment. The rooms are spacious and bright. All the necessary conditions have been created here so that we live comfortably and happily with our children. We are grateful for this care and attention,” says Mamatkarim Rizayev, one of those who have got new apartments.
