At the initiative of the Supreme Judicial Council of Uzbekistan, an enlightenment event “Honesty is a happy path to fair justice” was organized. It was attended by veterans of the judicial system, public figures, and judges working in the country.
The Supreme Judicial Council traditionally conducts spiritual and enlightenment events with the participation of famous scientists, writers, and poets. The next meeting was held with the national poet of Uzbekistan Usmon Azim.
As noted, ensuring the priority of the law and social justice is a responsible and glorious task entrusted to judges. They must know the rules, apply them correctly, and have spiritual perfection, for a highly spiritual person with a strong will cannot allow injustice.
At the meeting, the participants talked about the importance of reading books, because literature is a reflection of the established foundations of society, a means for understanding the soul and worldview of a person. A deep awareness of spiritual experiences and personal problems is essential in judges making informed, fair, and legal decisions. We must not forget that those who do not read books lose the ability to think.
Using the example of his works, Usmon Azim said that happiness is directly related to a person’s honesty and pure thoughts and that justice is the main criterion of life and the basis of development.
